Breasts

Mammoplasty and mastopexy are the names of the cosmetic surgery procedures used to enhance the appearance, size, and contours of a woman's breast, which can be either one or a combination of the procedures listed below.

Breast Augmentation (Augmentation Mammoplasty)

Breast augmentation is a pretty straightforward and minimally invasive procedure. This is done by making a minute incision, where a silicone or saline breast implant is introduced. The size will depend on your choice, taking into account the amount of your existing breast tissue, height, weight, and body type. We use US FDA-approved implants from Mentor, Sebbin, and Motiva.

Breast Lift (Mastopexy)

Breast lift entails redraping the breast skin to give a youthful breast shape. This will also elevate drooping nipples, as well as perk up the contour and shape of sagging breasts.

Breast Reduction

Breast reduction is the choice for women with hefty, weighty breasts, who endure noticeable neck aches and back numbness due to their breasts' heavy weight. This procedure takes out excess skin, fat, and breast tissues.

Breast Implant Revision or Removal

This is pretty self-explanatory, with revision actually as an option to insert a new set of implants after a removal procedure. A reason for a removal would be an adverse reaction. For a revision, it would be an adverse reaction, for a change of size, for a change of type, or for a firmer look.

Gynecomastia Surgery

Gynecomastia surgery is the correction of enlarged breasts in men. Some call it "man boobs surgery".

It is a benign enlargement of male breast tissue. This condition is a major concern due to its potential to cause significant psychological distress, body image issues, and social withdrawal. Early intervention, particularly through liposuction, is strongly advised to prevent lasting emotional harm and restore a natural chest contour.

The Impact of Gynecomastia

The condition can have serious psychological and emotional consequences. Many men experience shame, anxiety, and depression, leading them to avoid social situations such as swimming, going to the gym, or changing in public locker rooms.

Why Liposuction is the Ideal Solution

If gynecomastia does not resolve naturally (usually within 6 to 24 months), surgical treatment is often the most effective option. Liposuction is the preferred method for several reasons:

  • Minimally invasive with excellent aesthetic results
  • Comprehensive Contouring - Gynecomastia often involves both glandular and fatty tissue. Liposuction, combined with targeted gland removal, allows surgeons to create a flat, masculine chest contour that diet and exercise cannot achieve.
  • Quick Recovery - Recovery from Gynecomastia liposuction is fast, with most patients returning to work within a week and resuming light exercise within two weeks.
  • Lasting Results - Once the excess fat and glandular tissue are removed, the results are permanent, provided the patient maintains a stable weight and avoids certain medications or steroids.
