Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
Blepharoplasty, more popularly known as "eyelid surgery", is a procedure that deals with baggy, saggy, wrinkly, and creasy eyelids by removing or reducing fat pads and loose skin on the eyelids. It is usually an outpatient procedure, which can be done in 1 to 2 hours, administering local anesthesia to keep the patient awake. The effect, usually after 10 days of healing time : the patient looks younger and more energetic.
Eyelid surgery can give one deep set eyes, double eyelids, unhooded eyes, and smoother, younger-looking skin.
